Our Story

Stony Point Pictures was created with an interest in developing and supporting "inspired" creative projects.

Located in Washington State, Stony Point is a landscape within the 23 mile long and 4 mile wide estuary known as Willapa Bay.  It is seemingly the only location in the bay with rocks of substantial size (as seen in the photographs below).  There is mostly mud and sand throughout the shallow bay, so this unique location stands out among the many other "points" within the estuary.

Stony Point also has a bit of mystery and intrigue as Native American Indians believed the "Point" to be a source of other worldly spiritual powers.  It truly does have a magical feeling about it.
